Desktop applications are excellent choices for your business. They have several advantages over web applications. We develop both types of systems here and can help you make the choice as to whether it’s a good fit for your goals.
Here’s some of the key advantages:

- No need to set up a web application server to run it.
- Some types of processing is much better done on a desktop application.
- If you need to have external hardware (scanners, RFID, medical equipment…) attached then you’ll likely need a desktop application or hybrid desktop/web application.
On the right you can see a screenshot of one of the desktop applications that we built. It’s used for comparing lists of keywords for use in pay-per-click advertising. We built this as a desktop application since it was only to be used by one person and didn’t warrant the multi-user capabilities of a web application.
